		<description>&lt;p&gt;You &lt;em&gt;know&lt;/em&gt; that Twitter is growing.  It's a very light service and web site. Even the back end cannot be too heavy.  Just not possible if the development team is any good.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The site is often down. I hit walls all the time. They are down for maintenance several times per week, it seems. In short, the "growth pains" we see are evidence of mega growth.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Twitter will continue to dominate the social scene. I predict it will be the Hot Thing in 2008. More on that topic in the future.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You'll have to watch my site to keep up! ;-)&lt;/p&gt;
