This is a great post. Why? Well, you write in a style that not just speaks to people, but shows a perspective of your experience that is unique and exciting.

Your ability to share your passion for your projects is inspiring and it is such a pleasure to see someone who is so involved and so passionate about what they are doing and how it ultimately affects the community built around him. You make a very good representative of your team as you seem to see and successfully share the "vision", and find out how to get there from here.
