One civic entrepreneur to another, I couldn’t have said it better myself. I am going to post it to the Philly Startup Leaders e-mail list, even at the risk of sending to much Alex Hillman blog love over that list.

This one resonated especially with our flat and flexible leadership structure: “Collaborative leadership style, rather than leading with formal authority they lead with credibility.”

I want to meet the authors of that newsletter!
